As detailed in my resume, I have extensive experience in authoring and editing of reports, technical documents and manuals. In particular, please note the authoring and editing of Mitre Technical Reports (MTRs) for the Mitre Corporation and being editor of General Electric's policy, procedures, standards and techniques manual called the Mark III Handbook used by the designers, implementers and deployment groups of GE's proprietary world wide operating system.

Editing of the Mark III Handbook required not only standard spelling/grammar/punctuation repairs, but editing for consistency and style so the document would "read well," masking its multiple authors, as well as rewording for clarity to avoid ambiguities.

This editing experience is backed by a strong design engineering background encompassing systems analysis and programming experience as well as working closely with both hardware and software technical staff.
